W’ECO Design Festival

The 2024 W’ECO Design Festival in Wuxi successfully created the world's first ecological design event named after a city, advocating for a systematic construction from ecological protection, ecological governance, ecological economy, to ecological aesthetics, which has attracted widespread attention both domestically and internationally.

 From November 2023 to May 2024 The organizing committee invited 4 architects and 7 groups of artists to participate, using architectural enhancement and artistic creation techniques to maintain the original ecological foundation of Bogong Island, and to help create an atmosphere of modern art and culture, and sustainable concept of life.
From May 17th to 19th, 2024 The organizing committee focused on creating the main activities of the 2024 W’ECO Design Festival, composed of thematic forums, thematic exhibitions, public activities, industrial cooperation, and international promotion, and planned and organized nearly 30 different types of activities, covering architecture, art, design, ecology, industry, business, cultural tourism and other fields, with nearly a hundred heavy guests from the industry in attendance.
Centered around the three major themes of "Urban and Ecological Design," "Industry and Ecological Design," and "Life and Ecological Design," the Wuxi Li Lake Ecological Design Festival has created a series of main events that include four thematic forums, five thematic exhibitions, more than 20 public activities, industrial cooperation, and international promotion. During the design festival, over a hundred experts and scholars from the fields of architecture, art, design, and ecology were invited to participate, injecting the festival with rich professional knowledge and innovative thinking. They have also brought an international perspective and cutting-edge design concepts to the Wuxi Li Lake Ecological Design Festival.
