Deepening cooperation between China and France in the field of the creative economy is a fervent expectation expressed by the leaders of both countries on various occasions. During the 2024 Paris Design Week China Week, the organizing committee will host a themed forum titled "Sino-French Dialogue on the Development of the Creative Economy." The event will invite the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris Île-de-France, which has a history of over 220 years, as the French representative, along with representatives from well-known Chinese enterprises, national industry associations, designers and artists to discuss how to better promote the internationalization of Chinese design and its integration with local development. During the event, the organizing committee will also premiere the trailer for the documentary film "I Learn Intangible Cultural Heritage in Suzhou," extending an invitation for cooperation from the field of Chinese intangible cultural heritage crafts to the French cultural community.
