Designer Liu Xiao is good at balancing knowledge such as science, mathematics and physics with art, pursuing an aesthetic balance between reason and emotion, and her works incorporate philosophical ideas. Representative works include light installation <SANCTUARY><OCEAN FLAME>and installation furniture <FUTURE VESTIAGE>.THESHAW, a brand founded by Liu Xiao in 2017, use daily materials and extreme craftsmanship, combined with a modern perspective, to create new style products, reflecting the design concept of freedom and artistic sense, as well as her divine thinking and spiritual world. The brand incorporates elements of the future, space and volume to express a sense of divinity, spirituality and religion.

Her works have been featured in WALLPAPER, ELLEDECO , AD , IDEAT, InStyle, COSMO, VOGUE China, Ruili Home NOBLESSE, ARTNOW,as well as international publications like Italy's ddn, Germany's Quarterly, and Das zukunft Magazine. She has received accolades including the AD China New Design Award, EDIDA Design of the Year nomination, InStyle Women's Creativity Award for Best Home Designer, and has collaborated with brands such as RIMOWA, STELLA MCCARTNEY, and LANE CRAWFORD.
